Centre Club After Dark: a rotating dinner experience featuring preset menus, paired pours, and music-driven themes. Every Friday. This week, Centre Club After Dark sets the mood with a candlelit evening of smooth throwbacks, bold red blends, and the unmistakable sound of 90s and early 2000s R&B. From Usher and Aaliyah to Ja Rule, Nelly, and more, the playlist will be filled with the songs everyone knows, the ones you forgot you loved, and the ones that sound even better after dark. Start the night with dinner featuring our hand-carved prime rib with chef’s seasonal accompaniments. Behind the bar, we’ll be pouring a lineup of rich red blends, perfect for pairing with the menu or sipping while you relax and enjoy the music. The evening goes on, the lights dim, the candles glow, and the Club shifts into After Dark mode where the music gets smoother, the reds get bolder, and the vibe gets just a little more fun.
